I really like episode 3, I think it's the first time we see some Jack&Bea realisation from...Jack & Bea (and an almost date to see 'The Shop Girls'!) and all the elements of the series are starting to come together - the bobs, the flat above the studio, dressmaking as a career etc.

I can't help thinking though that if anyone had come to Bea from HoE and demanded a pay rise or they were quitting she'd have shown them the door too! That woman's got balls of steel.

Having, essentially, inhaled up to 3.5 in the last week I actually can't remember this ep... I forsee a pretty much immediate rewatch coming on!
